The competition has been running for more than 30 years, recognising the craftsmanship of New Zealand’s best builders from across the sector, including affordable homes and through to luxury buildings

 We invite you to join us to celebrate Building Excellence at the 2026 Bay of Plenty/Central Plateau Master Builders House of the Year Awards Gala Dinner on Saturday 18th July. This is where we unveil the Gold, Silver and Bronze Award winners, and the Bay of Plenty/Central Plateau Region Category and Supreme Winners will be announced.
