About
For over 30 years, Master Builders House of the Year has recognised the very best in New Zealand residential construction.
The awards are a terrific opportunity for you as a Master Builder to celebrate the extraordinary skill and dedication of your team and the results you achieve. The categories recognise exceptional workmanship across a range of build types
and price brackets.
These awards are a unique chance to take your business to the next level, with access to valuable marketing and social media opportunities to promote your work, your team, and your achievements. Elevate your profile with everyone from media,
suppliers, homeowners, and specifiers, through to clients and potential clients.
House of the Year is a showcase of building excellence right around the country and we know 2026 will be another outstanding competition.
