A copy of the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee or waiver related to the property.
*Not required for New Home over $4 million entries.

A photo of the entrance/front of the property to help judges identify the site.
Before & after photos
Photos of the property before and after renovation.
         
A4 location map
Road map to the property’s location. Please make this as detailed as possible to ensure judges can find the site.
Site plan
A3 elevations
Floor plan  
Before & after floor plans
Property floor plans before and after renovation.
         
Practical completion
A copy of the signed practical completion document sent to MBS.
*Only required if the Show Home has been sold.

Code Compliance
A copy of the code compliance certificate.
Signed building contract
A signed copy of the contract between yourself and the owner.
       
Financial verification
The final statement to the homeowner, or financial information (e.g. invoices) that verifies the final cost/contract amount. All figures are GST inclusive.
       
Inclusions
Inclusions are items that DO count towards the final cost but are NOT included in your contract price and provisional sum e.g. homeowner supplied items. All figures are GST inclusive.
       
Exclusions
Exclusions are items that DO NOT count towards the final cost but ARE included in your contract price e.g. landscaping, driveways. All figures are GST inclusive.
       
Homeowner Acceptance        
2 x Homeowner Acceptance
Homeowner Acceptance is required for each unit in the entry – at least 2.
       
QS report
* Spec homes entered in New Home categories require a QS report to verify the retail cost to build.
** Builder’s Own Home entries only require a QS report to be eligible for under $1 million Supreme Awards.
