We will be celebrating 10 years of this competition in 2022. It is the only awards programme that celebrates the entire team. It's all about the collaboration, innovation and craftmanship of your project team and how you all worked together to deliver a project you are proud of.
Think building owners, architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors all the way through to the construction companies themselves. You all work together to make these projects – big and small – come to life.

Our awards have something for every team, as it is not about the size of the project or the contract value. Instead, it's about the collaboration of the project team, the innovation, quality and how you overcame the challenges of the project together. If you are proud of what your team has accomplished, then these awards are for you!
We are excited to announce that we have made some changes to our Value Awards to better reflect the different sizes of projects that are being built around the country.
All projects, no matter what the value and size, have the chance to be recognised and celebrated for their achievements in their price bracket.
The changes allow smaller contractors to showcase their local projects to national clients who operate all around the country, as well as celebrating the very best of our larger buildings.
Who Can Enter?
The awards are an all-of-industry event and are open to all New Zealand based commercial construction project partners including contractors, architects, building owners, engineers, and quantity surveyors etc.
You do not need to be a member of Registered Master Builders to enter.
