Builders Academy

We have formed a joint venture with Builders Academy New Zealand, part of UP Education, to offer another vocational training option for carpentry apprentices. Key to the partnership is our representation on the Builders Academy Board.

Builders Academy take an industry-led approach and, like us, believe that sector involvement is critical to successful vocational training and a thriving workforce.

We partner with MATES in Construction, supporting their goal to reduce the number of lives lost to suicide in our industry.

The MATES programme helps create workplace communities that encourage positive wellbeing. The impact of their approach goes beyond the workplace and into everyday lives.

Men’s Health Week

Recognising the high proportion of men in the construction workforce, we are proud to be a long-standing sponsor of Men’s Health Week.

Since 2010, Men’s Health Week has been helping Kiwi men take small steps to make a big difference to their health and wellbeing.
