Entries Open for the 2025 New Zealand Commercial Project Awards

Entries are now open for New Zealand’s premiere awards celebrating the outstanding construction teams who bring commercial projects big and small to life.

Great buildings do not happen without great teams. These awards are unique in celebrating everyone who helped bring these amazing projects to life.
 
Our Value Awards
To recognise the achievements of projects of all sizes, our Value Awards cover a range of price brackets. They allow smaller contractors to showcase their local projects nationally, as well as celebrating the best of our larger buildings.
 
Who Can Enter?
The awards are an all-of-industry event. They are open to all New Zealand-based commercial construction project partners, including contractors, architects, building owners, engineers, quantity surveyors, and anyone else who played their part. 

You do not need to be a member of Registered Master Builders to enter. 
 
Awards Categories
Entrants choose which category their project will be entered into:

  • CARTERS Commercial Project
  • Civic Project
  • SpecAdvisor Education Project
  • Altus Windows Systems Health Project
  • Heritage and Restoration Project
  • Industrial Project
  • Tourism and Leisure Project
  • Commercial Fit Out Project
  • Retail Project
  • Winstone Wallboards Residential Project

All entries are automatically considered for additional awards:

  • Special Award
  • Innovation Award
  • Mitre 10 Environmental and Sustainable Award
  • Building Information Modelling (BIM) Award
  • Registered Master Builders Supreme Awards – Supreme Award Under $10 million and Supreme Award Over $10 million 

We also consider entries for Value Awards, for projects:

  • under $1 million
  • between $1 - $3 million
  • between $3 - $10 million
  • between $10 - $25 million
  • over $25 million
