MATES Wellbeing Survey - $200 Prezzy Card up for Grabs!

MATES in Construction NZ would like you to help improve the wellbeing of people working in the construction industry by taking part in a brief survey. Sharing your views and experiences will help us and MATES in Construction better understand how our industry has been travelling since Covid-19 arrived in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Completing the survey is voluntary. By completing the survey, you are giving consent for your responses to be used to inform the industry about general wellbeing. Your responses will be combined with others, and it won't be possible to identify you in the final report or any publications of the findings.
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete, and all answers can be completed anonymously.
At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw for one of five $200 Prezzy Cards. If you would like to enter the prize draw you will need to enter your contact details. Please note your contact details will not be used for any other purpose than to contact you if you are the winner.
