Learning From the Past to Emerge Stronger

Falling confidence in the economy off the back of surging inflation and sharply rising interest rates are heralding an end to the long building and construction boom.

But our sector has been here before. For the past five decades, our industry has faced a succession of boom-bust cycles. After each cycle we somehow expect it to be different, but the cycle continues because, as a country, we haven’t learnt from our past mistakes.

Constructive also brings together Government and sector leaders to recommend the best actions and approaches. This is your opportunity to be part of the solution. See the full programme here.
