Our State of the Sector survey for 2025 is now live. Our sector is at a turning point – we need your input, to ensure we navigate the best path forward.
Construction plays a vital role in the New Zealand economy. We are still facing challenging economic times, the country has a housing and infrastructure deficit that needs to be addressed, affordability remains an issue, red tape is hurting productivity, and the social housing system is going through an overhaul.
Gaining a greater understanding of the issues from those on the ground is key to ensuring robust discussion and practical, sustainable solutions.
