Price reduction for our Multi-Unit 10-Year Guarantee

Friday 1 August 2025, we’ll be reducing the cost of the Multi-Unit Guarantee while continuing to offer the same trusted cover and support you've come to expect. We remain committed to backing our members and delivering the best value possible to you and your clients.
This pricing adjustment follows changes earlier this year to the design criteria for the Multi-Unit Guarantee that mean it can be accessed for a broader range of developments.
What you need to know
The new pricing will apply to all Multi-Unit Guarantee applications submitted from
Friday 1 August 2025. There are no changes to coverage levels or conditions – just better value.
