Entries close 26 February 2021
Eligibility to enter
All categories are only open to current Full Members of Registered Master Builders Association (“the Association”).
If, at the date entries close, the Full Member is subject to an outstanding complaint which has been referred to a Standards Committee or to an ongoing Standards Committee investigation, or hearing process (including awaiting any decision on any hearing) then the Full Member is not eligible to enter.
If, after the date entries close, but before the announcement of winners the Full Member is suspended, expelled, resigns or is the subject of a complaint which is referred to a Standards Committee, their entry will be immediately withdrawn from the competition.
Supreme Awards (Renovation of the Year and House of the Year)
Can only be awarded to Gold Medal winners. A regional supreme award will only be awarded if the gold awards meets a minimum points threshold of 1850.
