How to apply
Let us know you’d like to become a business member by completing an expression of interest (allow about 15 minutes).

Information to have ready:
- legal company details and trading period
- main business contact details
- brief points about why you want to be a member
- individual contact details of the director(s)
- building qualifications and other memberships held by the director(s)
- building qualifications held by managers.
Business membership applications are managed in 3 stages:
- We assess your expression of interest against core criteria.
- If you meet those criteria, we will work with you to better understand your professional and business history. This includes:
- requesting more information and supporting documents
- workmanship inspections
- reviewing your company’s financial wellbeing.
- We let you know the outcome of your application.
